Assistance Coordinator (Contact Centre Agent)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Contact Centre Agent for our client to join their growing team on a full-time basis. This role operates on a 24/7 shift schedule, primarily between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, and involves coordinating assistance services efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls for assistance services and dispatch support within agreed timeframes

Communicate with the contractor network via phone and email

Manage and respond to online chat requests

Accurately record and document call information in line with standard operating procedures

Perform other contact centre-related duties as required
Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new software quickly

Excellent data entry and typing skills

Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Fluent in both Maltese and English

Knowledge of basic home installations (an asset)

Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment (an asset)
