Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Contact Centre Agent for our client to join their growing team on a full-time basis. This role operates on a 24/7 shift schedule, primarily between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, and involves coordinating assistance services efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls for assistance services and dispatch support within agreed timeframes

  • Communicate with the contractor network via phone and email

  • Manage and respond to online chat requests

  • Accurately record and document call information in line with standard operating procedures

  • Perform other contact centre-related duties as required

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new software quickly

  • Excellent data entry and typing skills

  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in both Maltese and English

  • Knowledge of basic home installations (an asset)

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment (an asset)
