Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR professional to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR function and support key people initiatives.
Main Tasks

Respond to day-to-day HR queries

Maintain Time & Attendance and Sick Leave records

Upload documents on the HR digital platform

Support corporate and local HR projects as needed

Assist in coordinating training activities, updating plans, and managing logistics

Prepare HR and Learning & Development reports and statistics
-
Support processes related to the assignment of temporary workers
-
Manage intern programs and related data
-
Support CSR initiatives and volunteering activities
-
Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes to enhance employee experience
-
Implement new digital solutions to support business objectives
-
Keep up-to-date with HR developments and good practices
-
Perform any other duties as required by the department
Requirements
-
Knowledge of employment legislation is essential

Collaborative, team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated mindset
-
Minimum 2 years experience in an HR role, ideally within financial services
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Degree-level qualification in HR or a related field
