Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR professional to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR function and support key people initiatives.

Main Tasks

  • Respond to day-to-day HR queries

  • Maintain Time & Attendance and Sick Leave records

  • Upload documents on the HR digital platform

  • Support corporate and local HR projects as needed

  • Assist in coordinating training activities, updating plans, and managing logistics

  • Prepare HR and Learning & Development reports and statistics

  • Support processes related to the assignment of temporary workers

  • Manage intern programs and related data

  • Support CSR initiatives and volunteering activities

  • Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes to enhance employee experience

  • Implement new digital solutions to support business objectives

  • Keep up-to-date with HR developments and good practices

  • Perform any other duties as required by the department

Requirements

  • Knowledge of employment legislation is essential

  • Collaborative, team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated mindset

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an HR role, ideally within financial services

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Degree-level qualification in HR or a related field
