Job Description:

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the team to maintain efficiency and quality standards in a fast-paced sandwich shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support staff during shifts (cashiers, kitchen assistants)
  • Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Manage shift schedules, staff performance, and training
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role (preferably in food service or hospitality)
  • Should have a strong understanding of the full operation and be hands-on when needed
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills
  • Good level of English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
