Supervisor
Job Description:
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the team to maintain efficiency and quality standards in a fast-paced sandwich shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support staff during shifts (cashiers, kitchen assistants)
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service
- Manage shift schedules, staff performance, and training
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role (preferably in food service or hospitality)
- Should have a strong understanding of the full operation and be hands-on when needed
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Good level of English (additional languages are an asset)
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
