Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and manage existing client accounts within the HVAC sector.
- Identify and qualify opportunities through networking, site visits, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage pipeline activity through CRM systems and report on sales performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within HVAC, M&E, or building services.
- Strong understanding of air conditioning, ventilation, or heating systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients and contractors.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits.
