Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Representative for our client to join their Insurance Support team. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, provide quotations, assist with claims information, and conclude sales when applicable ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.

While previous experience or qualifications in insurance are considered an asset, full on-the-job training will be provided, along with a dedicated buddy system to support your learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line customer support for insurance-related queries

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails in a professional and efficient manner

  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer queries

  • Issue and send client documentation

  • Ensure an excellent customer experience through proactive communication and problem-solving

Requirements

  • Minimum of secondary level education

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Positive, outgoing, and customer-oriented attitude

  • Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and organisational skills

  • Team player who works well under pressure

  • Previous experience in Insurance, Contact Centre, or Customer Care roles is an asset
