Customer Contact Centre Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Representative for our client to join their Insurance Support team. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, provide quotations, assist with claims information, and conclude sales when applicable ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
While previous experience or qualifications in insurance are considered an asset, full on-the-job training will be provided, along with a dedicated buddy system to support your learning and development.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line customer support for insurance-related queries

Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails in a professional and efficient manner

Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer queries

Issue and send client documentation

Ensure an excellent customer experience through proactive communication and problem-solving
Requirements

Minimum of secondary level education

Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Positive, outgoing, and customer-oriented attitude

Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and organisational skills

Team player who works well under pressure

Previous experience in Insurance, Contact Centre, or Customer Care roles is an asset
