Accounts Clerk
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk for our client to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone proactive, organised, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Main Tasks

Perform cash reconciliations and prepare deposits for the bank

Prepare technical and non-technical payments

Manage banking and clearing of cash control accounts

Update ledgers and research/resolve discrepancies

Respond to vendor, client, and internal queries appropriately

Assist with year-end audit requests
-
Carry out any other related administrative work as directed
Requirements
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
-
Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and in a team

Fluent in Maltese
