Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk for our client to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone proactive, organised, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Main Tasks

  • Perform cash reconciliations and prepare deposits for the bank

  • Prepare technical and non-technical payments

  • Manage banking and clearing of cash control accounts

  • Update ledgers and research/resolve discrepancies

  • Respond to vendor, client, and internal queries appropriately

  • Assist with year-end audit requests

  • Carry out any other related administrative work as directed

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and in a team

  • Fluent in Maltese
