Job Summary:

The F&B Shift Leader is responsible for supervising daily food and beverage operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high service standards, customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the F&B team during shifts (waiters, bartenders, hosts)
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Monitor service standards, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow
  • Handle cashing up procedures and basic administrative tasks if required
  • Ensure the venue is clean, organized, and fully prepared for service

Requirements:

  • Skills pass is a must
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service (preferably in a supervisory role)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Good level of English (additional languages are an asset)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Experience in hotels or high-volume restaurants
