Job Description:

We are currently supporting our client in Malta in their search for a Sales and Customer Executive to join their growing team. This role involves providing front-line support to clients, handling policy servicing, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support walk-in clients and intermediaries by:

    • Updating and amending client records

    • Responding to product-related queries and providing relevant information

    • Promoting and explaining new products

    • Preparing and issuing quotations, and completing sales paperwork when applicable

  • Process and administer a range of customer policy actions including:

    • Surrenders, maturities, and death benefit payments

    • Revised maturity value estimates, top-ups, fund switches, premium payments, and valuations for Unit Linked policies

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate support

  • Handle and resolve client complaints in line with internal protocols, escalating when necessary

  • Update customer and policy records and issue related documentation

  • Where authorized, exercise discretion to offer redress in situations that may affect customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Preference will be given to candidates who hold or are working toward a CII qualification (minimum Dip CII)

Languages:

  • Maltese: Excellent

  • English: Excellent

  • Spanish: Considered an asset
