Sales Executive
Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior Sales Executive, this role focuses on driving revenue through Leisure Groups and MICE segments, while supporting the Online/OTA segment across multiple hotel properties. The Sales Executive will manage group enquiries from quotation to confirmation, optimise pricing and inventory, and support overall revenue performance through data-driven sales and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle group and MICE enquiries from quotation through to booking confirmation.
- Prepare competitive quotes, negotiate terms, and secure group business.
- Manage room allocations, rooming lists, deposits, PMS updates, and Group Movement Orders (GMOs).
- Support revenue optimisation through pricing strategies, yield management, and inventory control.
- Monitor competitor pricing, demand trends, and market performance.
- Track occupancy, sales pickup, and average rate performance against targets.
- Support OTA/online sales performance across all properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and trade partners.
- Assist in implementing CRM, RMS, and other sales/revenue systems.
- Support event launches, promotional activities, and client entertainment when required.
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and internal communication across departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel sales, ideally within Groups and MICE segments.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Experience with OTAs and channel management will be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/PMS systems is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week (5-day week)
- Monday to Saturday roster
- Flexible schedule with occasional after-hours work for events or client meetings when required
