Front Office Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, polite, and presentable Front Office Assistant / Reservations Agent to join a busy visitor attraction team. This role involves working at the front desk (similar to a receptionist or ticket booth) and supporting guest reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle front office tasks such as ticketing, check-ins, and guest enquiries
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
- Assist with payments and issuing tickets
- Maintain accurate booking records and update calendars
- Provide information to visitors about services and the attraction
- Coordinate with other departments as required
Requirements
✔ Fluent English (spoken & written) – essential
✔ Additional European languages (Italian, French, Spanish, etc.) – an asset
✔ Professional appearance and presentable demeanor
✔ Friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented personality
✔ Reliable, punctual, and responsible
✔ Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems, etc.)
💡 Previous front office, ticketing, or hospitality experience is a plus but not essential. On-the-job training can be provided.
