The role involves generating new business, managing key accounts, and promoting technical solutions that help clients transition to more sustainable and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across renewable energy, HVAC, and M&E markets.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts to encourage repeat business.
  • Present and sell technical products and solutions with confidence.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and consistently work towards targets.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical or field sales, ideally within Renewable Energy, HVAC, or M&E.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable discussing technical solutions with clients and engineers.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to visit clients regularly.
