They are seeking a dedicated and skilled Steward to join their growing kitchen team and ensure smooth, efficient, and hygienic back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all kitchen and back-of-house areas in pristine and sanitary condition.

• Clean kitchen equipment according to schedule and hygiene standards.

• Operate pot-washing machinery safely and efficiently.

• Support the culinary team by keeping all areas spotless, stocked, and ready for service.

• Ensure full compliance with hygiene regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is an advantage; training will be provided if needed.

• Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

• High attention to detail, ensuring cleanliness standards are met consistently.

• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
