Our client, a leading organization in Malta's hospitality and leisure sector, is preparing for the opening of a new five-star hotel in St. Julian's. They are seeking a dedicated and skilled Steward to join their growing kitchen team and ensure smooth, efficient, and hygienic back-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain all kitchen and back-of-house areas in pristine and sanitary condition.

Clean kitchen equipment according to schedule and hygiene standards.

Operate pot-washing machinery safely and efficiently.

Support the culinary team by keeping all areas spotless, stocked, and ready for service.

Ensure full compliance with hygiene regulations and company policies.
Requirements

Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is an advantage; training will be provided if needed.

Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

High attention to detail, ensuring cleanliness standards are met consistently.

Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
