The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts across the restaurant portfolio. This role will play a key part in shaping the voice, identity, and presence of the restaurants, from concept launches to digital engagement and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for multiple restaurant concepts.

  • Drive brand positioning, visual identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints.

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, and influencer collaborations.

  • Plan and manage restaurant openings, seasonal campaigns, events, and partnerships.

  • Analyze marketing data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize performance and return on investment.

  • Manage external agencies, designers, and public relations partners.

  • Support senior management in creative design, campaign planning, and event execution.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in hospitality or food and beverage marketing, preferably with multi-brand or multi-outlet exposure.

  • Creative mindset with experience in content strategy, digital advertising, and social media management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive, agile, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is advantageous.
