π Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead and manage all kitchen operations for the Greek cuisine outlet
β’ Ensure food quality, authenticity, and presentation meet defined standards
β’ Drive kitchen performance through structured leadership and direction
β’ Oversee food cost control, stock management, and supplier coordination
β’ Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety compliance
β’ Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen brigade
