As a Front Office Agent, you are not just handling arrivals and departures you are setting the tone for each guests stay. Your role is to ensure seamless check-ins, warm welcomes, and memorable first impressions.

What You will Do

• Greet guests with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a smile

• Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and guest requests efficiently

• Provide accurate information about the property, services, and local area

• Assist with bookings, reservations, and concierge support

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

• Handle guest feedback with care, resolving concerns promptly

• Maintain an organized, positive, and smooth-running front desk

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in front office, hospitality, or guest service roles

• Strong communication skills and a welcoming, guest-first attitude

• Fluency in English

• Additional languages (Italian, Spanish, French) are a strong advantage

• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities

• Comfortable using booking/reservation systems
