The Role
We are currently seeking a Cost Controller to join the team. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on cost-related activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all operational departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, investigate, and explain monthly cost and budget variances.

  • Conduct spot checks upon receiving and posting of invoices.

  • Analyze monthly cost of goods and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Monitor and analyze wastages and consumable costs, addressing overruns promptly.

  • Perform stock-takes and spot checks in various outlets.

  • Analyze stock variances from physical inventory counts and stock-takes.

  • Prepare and close monthly consumption reports.

  • Drive process improvements to achieve set goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar cost control or accounting role.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Willingness to travel by car between different company locations.
