Our client, a leading name in Malta's Hospitality & Catering sector, is looking for a Tower Crane Operator to join their Projects Team. The group has a strong presence in the local market, operating multiple hotels and restaurants under well-known international and local brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Collaborate with site supervisors and construction teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Inspect cranes and work areas for potential hazards and report any incidents promptly.

• Monitor load weights and ensure they remain within crane capacity limits.

• Maintain accurate records of operations, inspections, and maintenance.

• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

• Perform duties in various weather conditions, including night shifts.

Requirements

• Valid Crane Operator Certification.

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating tower cranes.

• Strong knowledge of crane operations and safety procedures.

• Excellent coordination, focus, and spatial awareness.

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
