The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of coffee machines and tools
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements:

• Skillspass is a must
• Must be already residing in Malta
• Previous experience as a barista or in customer service (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good level of English (additional languages are a plus)
